			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes winners in Puerto Rico can stay anonymous. Shockingly, there were two Puerto Rico Powerball jackpot winners in 2015, the year after the island started the game. Both have remained anonymous. Puerto Rico has a lot of crime. There is no benefit in going public, although the lottery commission might tell us if one person or more people purchased those three tickets at the one location.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>One could also theoretically find the rigger and try to convince him or her nicely to be let in on the winning numbers.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve often wondered if people play the numbers that reporters show into the camera when there is a segment on the lottery. Imagine someone on Good Morning America holding the winning combination into the camera and ~6000 people copying her.
