From 1995 until present, how many people actually won the Powerball?

From 95 to 2002 there were another 108 jackpots won. So not counting 2003 and 2004 there have been at least 251 Jackpots hit with some involving at least 2 different winners. I would say over 300 people have won a PB JP or split one since 1995.

The coworker didn't give a certain specific reason and even when he googled and on my search engine I can look in my back office to see certain things. The coworker didn't mention whether most of these lottery winners went broke or not.

I looked back and the history of winners starts on Feb 1 2003. I counted 143 jackpots won amd several were split so there would be more winners then 143. I actually think i might have undercounted the amount and this starts at 2003. So since 1995 it would be over well over 200 that actually won a powerball jackpot.

You are covering almost a 17 year period of time. It would have to be at least 150 minimum easily i would guess. If only 12 people had won since 1995 there would have been jackpots won that were worth several billions of dollars. I know last year there were i think 6 jackpots hits which was probably a record for least jackpots awarded and that included the record 1.5 billion one which was split by 3 different winners. I looked at the winner section on the powerball website and it averages at least 10 winners a year for the last 13 years or more than ten winners on some years.-weshar75
