It has evolved and to the point now, lottery winners are choosing to protect themselves from strangers. Terms and Conditions need to be revised. But, it is better to skip all publicity and claim your prize on your way out of town to a destination unknown and only returning unannounced when the check is ready.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>In Jersey you&#x27;ll see that many people hold the big check up to cover their face, that&#x27;s what I plan to do.<br /><br />Also sometimes you see only the first name and last initial on the big check.<br /><br />Not sure how that works.<br /><br />Delaware is anonymous for sure, they brag about it on their website.<br /><br />Delaware has a state tax from 2.2% to 6.6% and lottery is taxed as regular income.</p>]]></description>

Maybe you can claim with a trust or LLC and remain anonymous that way, but not sure.<br /><br />Also, Delaware has no state income tax, making it the best state in which to win a big jackpot lottery, in my opinion.</p>]]></description>
