In or around 1994 I built a 5 PC system that used 4 of the PCs to process the data and a 5th to send and receive packets.

It was all done using serial ports, people thought I was nuts. I still think we could be twins separated at birth. LOL I am

sure you could find old post where I talked about it if you think I am kidding.

RL

Back in the old days I built a network of 4 computers with a 5th that would send and collect data splitting up the load.

I had it all mounted on a rack and by today's standards it would be considered slower than a snail. I think I had P1's

running at 100mhz. The network used serial ports to transfer data, it was a thing to marvel at back then. When I first

started writing lottery stuff I was still running DOS on a 5 1/4 360KB floppy. LOL. I still think we may be twins separated

at b... [ More ]

Here is a picture of my Keno tool, It's still a work in progress but what I do first it try the pick the best X and Y values for both decades and

ones place digits. I assume by your last reply that you generated the data you need and then use it over and over for several games. Keno

is not my thing but I find it interesting.

RL

Actually I already have functional model that I use to pick numbers and could even use it for a game where drawings took place every 4 minutes.

My original version allowed me to generate a number basically as fast as I could click which set of combinations I was going to play.

The trick is to calculate the combinations for the unique blocks per level instead of looking at the different individual number combinations. By time it goes through enough levels that almost all of the blocks are i... [ More ]

Here in MO keno draws every 4 minutes so short of having a super computer one would need to work on a method that does

not require brute force. Generating every possible combination, IMHO is out of the question. What I would suggest is to analyze

decades and ones place digits looking for patterns then assemble the numbers afterward. Not saying what your attempting is

bad, it's the time factor. To calculate the digits or numbers by position within the matrix can be done very quickly but... [ More ]

This graphic does a better job in illustrating what I am trying to accomplish with this method. In this sample there are 10 numbers, I need to pick 6 out of 10 which means that there are 210 total combinations.

If I split the numbers evenly of those the 210 break down to the following combinations.

100 3/3

50 2/4

50 4/2

5 1/5

5 5/1

This tells me that about 50% of the time the winnings numbers will be made up of 3 from a and 3 from B.

In level 2 the number are split differ... [ More ]

As I have mentioned in several post, I hate picking winning numbers by having to choose the actual numbers so most of my strategies are based on finding other method of indirectly picking numbers.

I mostly also only play Keno type games because my personal belief is that the only way to win is by being able to find a pattern. In the 5/6 digit games there is simply not enough volume of winning combinations in a lifetime of drawings have a reliable pattern. With Keno games like NY Pick 10 there... [ More ]
