Well this past week a winning ticket hit. So it won't. I don't think we will see a billion in a while if we do. I didn't realize that there was a winning ticket until yesterday.

It's only reached a billion one time. It will always be PB and never MM because of the 2 buck ticket. If you look at the run up to the winning draw, the pot was increasing hundreds of millions:
