I was curious as to whether the Big Blizzard would have an adverse effect on the drawings. I realized I didnt even know where the drawings took place. It appears they are hosted in Orlando, Florida, so no danger of a blizzard there. But what about hurricanes? Has the lottery ever had problems due to hurricanes? Plenty of those in Florida.
