			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,<br /><br />I am trying to develop a system a pick 6 lottery based on the best tips I have come across.<br /><br />Texas Lotto Pick 6 is based on 6 numbers out of 54 numbers. I start with the 2540 draws since the lottery started and the 25,827,165 possible combinations. Like any system, the object is to cut down the 25 million to the smallest number of combinations to bet using drawing historical data.
