			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi surge I just use the short method for sums<br /><br />just subtract for the highest sum to look for upcoming sums..<br /><br />example 438 fall 438=15<br /><br />999=27 is the highest sum<br /><br />27-15=12 so look for sum 12 it varies from state to state though.</p>]]></description>
