			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you are familiar with someone that you trust them to take your money and buy tickets, they are usually a friend. How much you want to reward that friendship is up to you. I think there may be some hard feelings if the buyer thinks they deserve more. But if the buyer is buying his own tickets and offers to pick up some for you, if he won, would he give you money? I doubt it unless they are a friend.</p>]]></description>
