The fact that XP can&#x27;t leverage the functionality available in 4.5 automatically puts it at a huge disadvantage. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think the older version of vb is earlier version of framework but vb2015 uses like 4.5.1 but this program was not going to impress you as you have one that is probably better. This is a generic RNG and i was excited it even worked. Im not sure how to roll back framework to earlier version so it can work on xp if i download it then my vb maynot work at all not sure. i will look into it in the am tho. Sorry.</p>]]></description>

At worst you could generate numbers between 1 and 10 and then just subtract -1 from the results.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a cheap number generator i built as i am trying to learn code. Click f1 to get numbers and f2 to delete. This will do everything from pick 2 to pick 10 from 1-99 in the p2,3,4,5 daily games i havent figured out how to get it to produce a zero so in the input you have to use 10 as your highest number.
