The wheel is as good as the combinations and numbers in it. Even if you used my software, you would have to pick the right numbers or options. I did two 4/5's with my soft, but I get bored. I prefer pick 6 from 6/40 to 6/42. You can get a million for rank 1, much more of less, that I didn't get, but I did 5/6 and had many 4/6's in the past. If the 3/6 and 4/6 doesn't pay well, you will soon be out of cash to continue playing. Same goes for 2/5 and 3/5.

The 4/5's from 39 numbers seem to pay between 250 and 600 dollars. $10 for 3/5 is on the low side with $1 for 2/5.

You can make software, I mean filtered wheelers, right? So what is keeping you from winning it?

If i could make software to win any 5/XX game I would try using it on a game that paid better for matching 2/5 like Lucky for Life which pays $3 instead of $1. Besides such software would be good for playing MegaMillions and PowerBall too. I'm sure hundreds of lottery hobbyists are already working to develop such software.

Unfortunately, they will probably never fix it. They are too fixated on bringing $2 games to increase revenue. It's all they can do. They went from 2 draws a day on P3 and D4, and with AoN to 4 draws a day hoping people would play more. There are X number of people who play the lottery. The majority play scratchers. The legislature is going to cut the lotteries advertising budget at a time when they need to advertise to get more people to play.
