Apparently you're correct that it'll attract new players because it's going to roll to 113 Million instead of the $10 Million minimum that its been doing. It'll grow slowly until it gets above $300 Million which is when the media will start paying attention to it.

10 mil is the minimum increase after a roll over. I would expect it to have increased 10 mil plus after a couple of rollovers. This tells me that sales are lagging. Look at the past 5 pre-jackpot runs:

Of course the higher it grows.......I would not turn it down lol.
