There were five quads that the New York Lottery included in their data dump when I requested it from them years ago. They were obviously errors, and they have been removed. I'm glad that this was discovered and that it is no longer an issue.

I heard a little bit about that a couple years ago. Tried reading about it too. Yes, those were rigged drawings. Those draws caused a lot of changes in how the NYL operates.

Granted it's not a quad, but we had something similar in Md. in the past year with the 4567.

I got a response. It was surprisingly fast, but did not get the information I asked for. Here is the reply:
