It&#x27;ll be next.<br /><br />The last state will certainly be Hawaii, there&#x27;s no way the Hawaii legislature will want to establish a lottery.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s not a matter of if, but when the next U.S. state will have a lottery.<br /><br />I personally think that Alaska will be next. The reason why they still don&#x27;t have a lottery has nothing to do with morals or the gambling lobby, but because the majority of the state is extremely remote.
