			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a feature of the text editor, just like it is a feature of Microsoft Word. Exactly the same. It&#x27;s a great time-saver to start a bullet list.<br /><br />It happens if you type a dash character, then one space, then some text, and then press enter. If you don&#x27;t like it, then don&#x27;t start a paragraph with a dash. Use a different character.</p>]]></description>
