I said that Lottery Post&#x27;s RNG creates more random numbers (with fewer predictable patterns) than the crappy RNG found in most lottery machines.</p>]]></description>

That said, when CoverMaster begins building a wheel template out of random numbers, it will use all the numbers once before it starts to repeat them. Whereas in my experience Todd is correct, the lottery RNG will duplicate a third of the numbers in eight or nine lines while leaving out a third of the numbers.
