Hi Tod,

I may have skipped over the answer to my question.

Okay, have experienced the the log in problem. Followed prior re-login instructions, were able to get back on my desktop, my iPad, but not my cell phone. I have went into my cell settings and deleted everything I know to delete, still not able to log in...tapoed the link if you're still having problem with login....it did not work.

Please advise....use my cell 50% for LP.

I finally got in on my smartphone

I clicked on the green lock where it says www.lotterypost.com.

That's when the cookies thing popped up.

I am on Motorola phone by US Cellular

All login problems are related to cookies, so if it still doesn't work, the cookies have not been completely deleted -- or else they are being BLOCKED by some kind of software or browser setting. Be sure cookies are ENABLED in your settings, be sure cookies have been CLEARED in the browser settings, and be sure no anti-malware software is blocking cookies. If you do those three things, it will work.

I can't log in on my smartphone.

I tried everything.

I don't go on laptop that much as it is a pain and slow compared to phone.

I log in says successful but can't get in to do nothing.

Jumps back to red log in again

Very annoying

It's OK Todd, I for one didn't have to. But for all you've provided here,

week after week, still, no problem, even if I couldn't log in.

I'm just too excited about Tuesday's 204 million PB.

I'd like me a little piece of that. I mean I'd really like a piece of that lotto prize, like nobody knows.

Clear cache and cookies, worked for me on Firefox, IPad, Android, and then I was no longer just a trial version!!!!!!!!!!

Another note on clearing cookies, since some people are having problems.

In some web browsers, such as Google Chrome and Firefox, there is an option for the length of time to clear. By default browsers typically set it to the last month. You need to set the option to beginning of time or all history, or whatever option chooses everything.

If you're talking about usage on a phone, just tap Options on the phone menu and select the option to not return to the mobile site.

If you have login problems like Lexi26 if you keep getting logged off just clear the cookies in your browser and then try logging in again. It should work fine at that point.

As part of an update this evening, your account may have logged off. If that happened to you, then you will need to go to the Log In page and re-enter your credentials.

The update was needed to support some future changes.
