The Texas Willy Wonka Golden ticket the odds for $10,000 are 1 in 480,000. The odds for $1000 are 1 in 13,000. We don't have a $500 prize on that ticket.

But I think the billion dollar chance is extremely remote.

On a side note, scratchers are becoming so popular, maybe PB and MM should just change over to $100 scratch off tickets. Heck, Texas already has some $50 tickets.

Anyone who has a losing ticket can enter it into a second chance sweepstakes, where 34 winners will be flown to Las Vegas with other winners from around the world, and one person could walk away with the billion.

Notice the keyword is 'could'. And some customers can be misled by the front of the ticket which can give the impression that one of the prizes is a trip to Las Vegas.

It is part of a nationwide game like that Monopoly game show. We have that game here in GA too. I seriously doubt anyone will win a billion dollars on a game show and if they do they would need to move to another country for awhile

So NYS lottery is coming out with a ticket that has a 2nd chance to win 1 billion dollars.

Sorry to say but I don't for one minute belive they would award that much money in one shot.
