Thanks Todd for clarifying, I shouldn't have assumed, especially that you have just about every possible tool on LP. Unfortunately for me I couldn't understand your explanation, and Raven's until I clicked on option 1 with jimjwright's picture..lol...I was being linear and not 3 or 4 wink wink dimensional.

It's easy to do if you use the correct filters.

Select all three digits in each digit position and you'll get 81 unfiltered combinations. To filter check the Doubles (AABC) box, the include all straight combinations box, and then under Pairs Filters check the Exclude All Unchecked box and then uncheck the 77 and 88 boxes. Click Generate Wheel and you'll get the 12 straight 2278 combos.

Btw, my best pick-4 hit ever was playing 2872 $3 straight and $3 box.

It's a positional wheel, so if you just select 2 in the first position, 2 in the 2nd position, 7 in the 3rd position, etc. then you will only get 2278 as a result. You need to select the 2 7 and 8 in each of the 4 positions if you want to be able to place all digits in all positions.

Thanks for this observation Amber. It's funny, I recall using a wheel for pick 3 that generated all the possible combos for Pick 3 straights (allowed you to enter doubles, for example). Prior to asking about this here, I went to my bookmark for that site and discovered the site is now defunct. It kind of boggles my mind that this very seemingly simple wheel does not appear available on the Internet. hmmmmm. Hi Raven, Thank you! This looks like a fairly good workaround - it generates 36 #s, but then I can just manually delete the ones that don't match my 2278. Excellent ~ thanks again.

The wheel Todd has does not accommodate the OP's needs. Even when I select the box, before I hit generate, it shows that there would only be 1 combination.

The wheel is specifically designed for multiple combinations, not one.

In fact, all the wheeling generators I encountered online acted the same way.

Straight or Box Combinations:

Choose whether to include all possible straight combinations or just the box combinations. For example, all straight combinations of the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4 in all positions with only Singles (ABCD) selected would generate 24 combinations: 1-2-3-4, 1-2-4-3, 1-3-2-4, etc. But selecting box combinations would generate only 1 combination, 1-2-3-4, which is the first Single combination including the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Yes it is Amber. I'm a bit dyslexic. I am also interested in saving some time by having a wheel generator just pop them all 12 combos out for me.

You have to select box option. When you select str8, it will only give you one str8 combo obviously. Box option will give you all possible combos.

Hi Raven, thanks for that. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to generate all 12 straights from the 4 digits. If I enter 2278, it results in one combo only - 2278 and not the entire set. Hello All, I know these must exist, but for the life of me I cannot find them. I am looking for a lottery wheel that can generate all the Pick 4 straight combinations from 4 digits (doubles included). For example, if my digits are 2278, I would like to quickly get all the four digit ST8 combinations that come out of that. (And same for pick 3). In advance, thanks bunches
