I wish. As long as the states perform multiple pre-tests, and not disclose the results well in advance, no system can work as intended.

It's like going to a baseball game and then the sport officials seed small clouds and make it rain. They interfered with what WAS SUPPOSED to happen. The weather that day was predicted mostly sunny with no chance of showers.

There may be a miracle worker out there, but they ain't talkin'.

Hi guys im new to this board...hello to all thank you for having me..i live in canada. And was wondering if anybody can help me eith a good system for the pick 3 and pick 4 games..im.not having any luck..just looking for maybe a system or strategy i can implement.not looking to get rich quick..just a nice steady cash flow.thank you
