			<description><![CDATA[<p>Certain pages (for example, results pages) automatically refresh every 5 minutes so that when new results come in they are automatically displayed. But not all pages automatically refresh. For example, most forum pages do not auto-refresh.<br /><br />The popup PM notifications can be disabled in the Account Settings page (in the Options menu). 			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are a variety of times when I would prefer that a page not update or PM notifications come in. If I had a FREEZE/UNFREEZE button that hovered using the same paradigm as the TOP-OF-PAGE button, I would use it. This may be technically impossible because I would need it to work only on the affected tab while I had another tab of Lottery Post open at the same time. Just a thought, not a must-have or anything.
