Are lottery drawing's computer generated?

If you see the balls coming out the machine it a live drawing. They physically

turn the balls around so you can view them. When you see just the drawing

numbers just on the screen it usually computer selected. Look at the state report card it let you know if it a live drawing or not.

When you see a live draw of this on TV It's Mechanical, NOT computer generated.

When you see the Powerball drawing with that machine that shoots out balls with numbers on them, is that number ball selected by a computer? OR is it all physical
