Hello mitachoo,

This system has appeared on this forum in several different incarnations. I think that the most common usage is in the form of 317 and not the 137 you have posted. I'm sure you can find other links, but here are some recent ones:

Drat! Tonight's winning number was 481. It was there, connected to the last 9 in the list (see bolded numbers) but I didn't play it because, although it showed up twice, the two were connected to the same 9, not multiple 9's.

I stumbled upon a Pick 3 System that piqued my interest, and once I did some backtesting, it REALLY piqued my interest! See below for details, but first, two disclaimers:
