There is no formula per say. He (an entire team of people) purchased EVERY combination in order to win and he did it from another country I might add (lol). Like I said though, all the lotteries changed a few things so NO PERSON can do it again. More balls, splitting JP's etc.

Yes he did and I was curious if there is a video on what and how he did it. Anyway you do the big games it's like a chess match.

I read about this guy a long time ago. He simply bought EVERY combination. The lottery is different today BECAUSE OF HIM!!

Typically, any lotto where you have to SPLIT the top prize among other winners, is because of him. Also, certain lottery games have added MORE combinations (more balls) because of him. The guy is a legend. He saw an edge and took advantage of it !!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know of any youtube videos? I know who it is and wanted to see if there is a formula this person did who apparently won the lottery 14 times.
