I dont know why they use RNG Drawing for Hot Lotto even after it's openly proven that it's way easier to rig it when compared to ball machines...

Hope it will be turned into ball machine draw game. That will be fair.

Iowa started sharing Indiana pick 3 and pick 4 from July 1st 2017.

True, I felt something phisy. May be Eddie Tipton told that those pick 3 and pick 4 generators are also running some sort of malware.

Or It could be just regular budget cut to reduce maintenance cost.
