			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;d be all over that game. In NY the best odds I&#x27;ve seen for a claim prize are 1 in 4900 or so, and that ticket is now impossible to find. It is THE ticket to buy right now. Scratch smarter would probably say to do all the research you can first. See if the odds are still what they originally were.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Beats me.<br /><br />The scratcher section use to be very active. Florida still is but Wis and Cali were also big. Unfortunately, I think the state lottery commissions have killed the games. I gave up on scratchers going on 3 years ago.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I live in the one of the biggest cities in the world in the United States. Our scratch off jackpots are up to 10 million cash for a $30 ticket. I don&#x27;t travel much but I was in Wisconsin recently and bought scratch offs for friends and families as something different than our usual. They have a game that is $30 and the prize is $10,000 but the odds of the jackpot are 1:1,930. Is this a good deal? Also, they had $30 tickets with a jackpot of only 1 million. That seem rather measly for $30.</p>]]></description>
