I think that mega and powerball like this dueling jackpots so merging might take a while besides what will they do once it is one game four draws or like oregon megabucks three draws a week. I like playing both games and I am not ready for a merger just yet.-weshar75

I plan to buy a lot less MM and PB tickets. I'll stick with my state lotto which has odds of 1 in 42 million, tho the number of times there is a winner is dismal.

So they said that they will be increasing the price of a ticket from $1 to $2 and they will also decrease the odds of winning from 1 in 250,000,000 to 1 in 302,000,000.

I know that they will always occasionally raise the prices of tickets due to inflation, but will they keep decreasing the odds of winning in the future
