Mavis lost her ex-husband late last year. They had been divorced for about 20 years, I believe.

August of last year, she broke up with her boyfriend of 15 years. She allegedly told him that she was moving on for a better life and left. Her ex boyfriend gave an interview and stated that he had to give half of everything he had when he and his ex-wife got divorced and he didn't want to have to do that again. I think he said that was the reason that he didn't want to marry Mavis.

that the winner of the $758.7 million Powerball lottery jackpot lost her husband last year. He passed away last year in car crash. I read about it online but in the video she didn't talk about it.
