At least it's in the thousands. I've heard some people look at that info and say that they would never play any scratch off that doesn't have at least 1,000 or more of the top two prize tickets total. Unfortunately in NY that would leave only $1 scratch offs. In NY the typical top prize on a $20 scratch off is $5,000,000. But that makes you wonder because there's only a handful of those top prizes say 5, and less than a 100 second prize tickets total. So perhaps they're willing to have more winn... [ More ]

This new ticket comes out next week here in VA. Just wanted to get the thoughts on if you guys would buy these new tickets. I know the top prize is low but it says there's 14,895 $1,000 prizes. Would you play
