Hi,

You are occupied with different thoughts and some thoughts has lot of intensity which you want to get rid off but you are unable to do. Sometimes you think of using physical substance to quite your mind but this approach is not a good idea.

I can suggest to use meditation tool to get rid of astray thoughts.

First dream a big dog bit my small tea cup puppy. My puppy was trying to die so i started to give my puppy CPR. I brought my puppy back to life. As i went inside my nephew and cousin was mad at each other and started throwing bags of popcorn onto the living room floor. I told both of them a piece of my mind and walked away. I went into my sister room to tell her about the puppy and i seen her and my cousin Michelle just finish sniffing cocaine so i walked out.
