I'm pretty sure more than 3 people shared the 16 PB wins in Wisconsin too. Have no clue how anybody could find out how many people shared in PB jackpots.

If you're really interested in PB jackpots won by states, why didn't you simply do a search?

Oh and by the way according to this table, Wisconsin had 16 PB jackpot winners.
