OK,

I see that preprocessing is a part of sklearn framework. In python 3.6

I needed to import using from sklearn import preprocessing then norm = preprocessing worked for me. When I get some more free time, there are some other errors in the code I need to figure out.

Sorry osmannica2001, if I came off a little belligerent.

LSTM and tensorflow looks promising if used in the right context. I think machine learning can be used successfully if used in conjunction with other methods.

That's python code and you need libraries or apis to run it.

Did you try running it or just skimmed though the code and thought that code is missing?

The OP should also spend some time to give information to run the code.

Good Luck
