I'm not necessarily a conspiracy theorist, but it DOES seem like there are more top prizes won in the Houston area, and in south Texas in general.

Then again, there are more people down there than up here in north Tx.

Just wondering. The highest I've hit is $500 on $10 dollar ticket about 2 years ago. I'm from a small town.
