I had surgery on my face to remove a mole that had grown while I was on chemo. It was non-malignant. That was on 6/5/2019. It has healed up pretty good. I am still doing the infusions every 4 weeks and will have another scan in 2 more months. I am having some side effects from the infusion, mostly sore joints and the lack of energy. The last scan showed that the spots where not glowing as bright as before , which is a good sign. Thanks for all of your prayers and well wishes.

The spots on my lungs have grown. I'm on Optivo now. I hope I spelled that right. I get it intravenous every 4 weeks. I'm still mobile, doing a lot of traveling to see relatives. I'm in no pain, and most of the side effects from the chemo have worn off. The main thing I got my sense of taste back. Thanks again for all the well wishes and prayers.

They have put me on Cabozantinib 60MG. It has 2 pages of side affects, that's enough to scare the cancer out of you. I've been on it for 2 weeks now. My sense of taste has diminished, my mouth and nose are very sore inside, very tired all the time. Almost like doing chemo, but I can be around people and not wear a mask.That's all I have for right now.

Update: The spot on my right lung has grown,1/2 CM. The doctor is trying putting me in for a trial medicine ,if my DNA is right, there are 3 different trials going on now. So he has sent my data to all of them. If I can't do that, he will put me on immune therapy. Which is intravenous every 4 weeks. Chemo was doing too much damage to me. I will know in November which it will be. Thanks again for all the prayers and well wishes.
