Instead of upgrading you could go to Lottery America. Except I think they only use three groups. I dont really remember.

With 56 trainings at 100%, you can test

You have to separate the initial digits

Ex = 17 initial or the first digit of the number

Then half will already be hitting 100%

In sweepstakes they saw, the last digit is missing

But you can filter these 56 go to a 30 formations

And fix them

Example the formation = 00000 or 33333 very difficult to be drawn

I take my guess back!

I just started poking around in my copy of Advantage Plus software and discovered that NY's Take5 saw on January 28th, 2000 the combo of 1 3 5 6 7 drawn. Cant be many more of 'em!! G5

Thank you very much. If I did the math correctly, there are total of 882 combos of five numbers (out of a possible 575,757) where all five numbers are within the same number group. (0.0015% of all combo's)

As I mentioned in my original post, 31 32 33 37 39 was drawn on 12/25/14. There have been a total of 7,518 NY Take5 drawings since the game began in January of 1992. Based on the fact that only 0.0015% of all combo's have all five numbers in the same group, I'm guessing that drawing was pro... [ More ]

If you think that 2 - 1 - 1 is the most frequent in a pick five, then you might need much more help than you originally had anticipated.

I'd like to know the number of combinations that are included in a number group in a 5/39 matrix.

My definition of number groups are as follows: numbers 1 - 9 as the units group, 10 - 19 as the tens group, 20 - 29 as the twenty's group and 30 - 39 as the thirty's group.

The units group begins with this combination - 1 2 3 4 5 and ends with 5 6 7 8 9

The first combo in the tens group starts with 10 11 12 13 14 and ends with 15 16 17 18 19
