It's not digits 110, it's the letters IIO, meaning In In Out. It's a way to track digits by positions.

Yesterday's 156, missing 15X and 2 digit return 16X.

RS means root sum. Here's an explanation of sums used in lotto.

156, add them together 1+5+6 and u get 12, that's the sum.

Now add 1+2 from sum 12 and u get the root sum 3.

Lastly, from sum 12, the last digit is 2, which is called short sum (SS) or sum last digit.

U need to know and track all 3 sums, if u wanna win.

I'm so sorry I'm new at this. I've lost so much money trying to learn but when I ask people noone will tell me or answer my question. What does RS (2) stand for and when you said NC needs 110 In -3 4 5 6 7 Out-0 1 2 8 9 Can you please tell me what this means also. I'm truly sorry for bothering you just trying to learn. Thanks

Well 222 went to the other Carolina last night, but it can still fall.

I've never played NC, so I'm not sure, but I can tell u this.

NC missing pairs: 03X 15X 22X 25X 39X 44X 77X

Sums 11 17 need to drop and so does RS 2. Sum 11 (RS 2) could fall soon.

Pairs I created few days ago: 61X 64X 66X 91X 94X 96X 11X 14X

Some of them dropped already, so look for the ones which haven't yet.

NC needs IIO In-3 4 5 6 7 Out-0 1 2 8 9

44X 46X look good, like 449 469 461.
