			<description><![CDATA[<p>Once in a great while, my program gets fooled (badly) by a very special set of circumstances. It&#x27;s so rare, that I just chart them by hand to see what&#x27;s happened. So, for whatever reason, today was the day for this to happen in the Virginia workup. Since I had to track down what happened, I thought I would post up the chart so you folks can see it, too. I think maybe this workup is the answer to HugeBens erstwhile question, What the hell do the numbers from 1996 have to do with now?
