Good observation! I figured they were changing up how much they pocketed vs sharing with players.

Since it's one of the few bigger pay for just a dollar,I can't see why folks wouldn't play it. Ever since mega went to 2$, and match 6 is daily. I am less inclined to play them. But the c5 keeps my interest.

If you visit the Jackpot History page for that game you can see for yourself what all the increase amounts were for the history of the game. The box on the right side shows statistics.

Not a one-off. PA Lottery Cash 5 only increased $75K again ($125K rolled to $200K Nov-24-17). Presumably, sales are way down.

For long as I can remember, Pennsylvania Cash 5 jackpot rollovers added at least $100K or more. However, this past rollover went from $225K to $300K.
