When I do my rating it's a calculation for all states. Now for NC backtesting, 4 wks the success rate is at 75%, how I determined my rating? Out of 4wks, 1 wk fail to produce. I appreciate your interest in learning, but I'm taking this on a test drive. Cali805, I'm not overlooking your request, the system I use consist of inspecting history from pick4 then converting to pick3 and I noticed your state does not have pick4 give me some time to review other methods. Be right with you.
