			<description><![CDATA[<p>1000 combinations does not equal 1000 draws !<br /><br />Every draw starts with prior 1000 combinations !<br /><br />A statistical analysis of current P3 draws started 10 years ago will have data size 1000 x 365 days x 10 years(draw per day) to consider !<br /><br />Now, what is your prior to apportion changing probabilities to a selected/considering parameters (digits, sums, strings, ...)?--A good read of Bayesian concept will suffice.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>After checking the history of play 3 lottery in Georgia, a few facts. They started August 10, 1993 with an evening draw. Not sure at what point they added the other 2 draws. They now call the 3 draws each day: Mid, Evening, and Night. At any rate from the start in 1993 it took until November 26, 2003, a total of 10 years, plus a few months to have each of the 1000 straight combinations to hit at least one time. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>1,000 draws is approx. one year of drawings if my calculations are right,lol. If you have 3 draws a day that&#x27;s 21 a week. Multiplied by 4 that&#x27;s about 84 draws a month. Multiplied by 12 is about 1008 draws a year.<br /><br />So if you&#x27;re looking at what combos (straight) have not shown up in that time, grwurston gave you the best advice with using the tools here on the LP. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here&#x27;s some more. Click on Lottery Results under Quick Links. Click on Ga. When the drawing results come up, click on More for the draw/game you want, then click on Inspect. This will give you the breakdown for low, high, even, odd, sums, pairs etc for the time period you select.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys. This is my first post. I hope I&#x27;m posting in the correct section. I&#x27;ve been lurking the last few weeks and am trying to get my strategy together to make some money on the lottery, namely Cash 3 to start. I&#x27;m in Georgia where we unfortunately we have 3 drawings a day (midday, evening, night). I&#x27;ve been thinking that it may be useful to know all of the 3 digit combinations that have not been drawn in the last 1000 drawings, since there are 1000 possible combinations.
