			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thank you, I wish you a Lot(tery) Luck for next year too.<br /><br />Since this is the scratcher forum, let me tell you what I do for Christmas. After a couple years of the wife complaining that I give her non-winning scratcher tickets I changed my strategy for stocking stuffers and other misc gifts. I like 20$ scratchers, so I get a scratcher and scratch off the ONLY the bar code at the bottom. I scan it, then if it is a winner (I usually save the 100$+ tickets), I put that in the stockings.
