			<description><![CDATA[<p>Don&#x27;t know specifically about PA or NJ, but the question to ask is if they allow an entity, such as a trust, LLC, partnership, etc. to claim a prize.<br /><br />Even if they don&#x27;t, there are ways to become anonymous after the win. There are books on Amazon about this very topic. Do a search on privacy books and you&#x27;ll find some there.</p>]]></description>
