Google street view?

Go to google maps, zoom down to a street level. Then in the lower right of the screen is a yellow person icon, click it. You should see streets hightlight in a blue line, click the line.

At one time I had a software that you use on your computer for the USA and it would actually be like you were driving in your car. I can't remember the name. Have you ever heard of anything like that
