I honestly don't know what people mean specifically by lucky with this sort of question, but in the first number set, 11 is a repeat from the last drawing. In Powerball, repeats come in semi-regular waves. A repeat should be coming very soon (see below). Also pretty overdue for a hopper, too, I think, though, an every-other repeat number.
