I have read long ago a guy had last 2 dollars and won a million. (Pretty sure he was homeless). Another guy pawned something for $40 just to purchase lottery tickets and he won. Well its just luck or destiny.

BTW, I bought last week 2 tickets, one had 15 combinations and the other one had 6. The second one was a $20 winner and bigger one none. Also purchsed $2 and $10 scratch tickets. The $10 one had nothing, the $2 had $50 win.

I've asked that myself. Often the press will report the winner bought one line but later a photo of the winning ticket is shown and there are 5-10 lines. But, yes, there are cases where somebody bought only one line and won. I remember the NY cop whose wife told him to buy a PB ticket for the 1.5 billion pot. Instead, he bought one for MM and won.

The answer is relatively simple. The more tickets you buy, the better your chances of winning. Choosing to join a syndicate is by far the best strategy for winning the lottery.

Hey guys , How many tickets do y all think I will need to buy , to win the pick 6 game? I have to select 6 numbers between 1-28.

I choose my numbers by mixing hot, cold, overdue and neutral.
