Your new friend may not even contact your money guy after you refer him to your bad cop.

My replies to anyone wanting money are:

1/ I don't have $100,but do you have $200? (that usually leaves them lost for words)

2/ I'll tell you what I can do. I can't lend you money at this point in time.But when you get paid,you can give me $50 or $100,and the next time you want a loan,I can loan you back what you gave me.And when you get your next pay,you give it back to me for me to loan back to you again for another rainy day.

We all need friends but we do not need friends that is after our money.

If you make new friends after winning the lottery and they ask you for money like $100. Say no, I don't know you that well. Be nice. No reason to ruin your reputation.

If they get mad because you didn't give them money, text them a message saying, bye and don't talk to them ever again.

Basically what I said was, troll the hell out of these people.
