Did the search for P3.

Top 3 :

1,2 tie at 20% Hit ratio -CA, CT

3rd. place-16.6% -PA

Those top 3 are based on members with very few predictions, they may have gotten lucky and decided to not post pred. again and just keep those numbers UP. Players who regulary posts pred., have those nr s at 0-5% based on the data.

Note-The data only takes in calculation and lists pred. of members who had posted at least 1x within last 60days.

So , is not possible to know what i wanted to

Not for all states . I checked for a few states, but out of time to check each individual state and then to extract the highest hit ratio state+Lp member

Seems the Hit ratio for any particular state hovers around 6-8%, but then again, i had only checked few states.

In my own predictions tab history, i can easily go up and down the states listed and see for what state i have hit the highest.

Ps- i could have done it, if i were not to write edit this post...well ...next time.
