There are photo tools to add beard/remove beard, add moustache/remove moustache, modify eyebrows and may be removing glasses and so on. Until you hide your face completely, You are still in same danger.

The fact that you want to hide your face shows that you are afraid already.

And your name and city combination can be used by so many scammers/criminals to search and find who you are and chase you. You need good law firm to back you(you have so much money - pay lawyers not scammers

You can go to a press conference in anything BUT your birthday suit. That is strictly forbidden! You can go as a ninja if you want, show the whites of your eyes if you must. Except no Shurikens,kunai's or swords will be allowed.

It depends on the state rules, but I dont think they can force you to attend a press conference. It's optional. They try to trick you into it by lying and saying it is in your best interest but dont believe them.

I have seen past winners from Oregon lottery's website they have had winners wear hats and sunglasses even oversized sunglasses with hats. I don't know about masks though.-weshar75
