			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would think that frequency would be just a starting point. Usually there are many different spots you can play in keno. I have seen any where from 1 to 10 spots in a keno game. I would think you would be tracking numbers that come up most often with the highest frequency numbers. While this idea is not exactly repeating pairs you are comming up with numbers that came out most.often with the highest frequency counts.which could show a win here and there.</p>]]></description>
