Hi everyone, I am new to the forum but here is my question hopefully I can gain some insight from the community.

Take for example lottery games such as: Lotto 47, Fantasy 5, Powerball and Mega Millions.

If you had access to all of the combinations for every past and future game how would that assist in predicting the next set of numbers for a game
